We have close links with the incredible staff and wonderful residents at Swn Y Gan. They are our Swn Y Gan family. 

Our children and staff love to visit and spend time with the residents and staff. The Swn Y Gan staff are fantastic and are a tremendous support of our school.

Here are just a few examples of the lovely things we share with each other  :

• We visit to sing and perform to residents and staff on St David`s Day
• We visit to sing and perform to residents and staff at Christmas time
• On Elf Day Swn Y Gan staff and Santa came to see the children and gave us some lovely selection boxes !
• Classes send cards , crafts & Christmas videos for the residents at Christmas time
• Our choir/classes often perform in the yard for the residents e.g Shwmae Day etc
• For National Smile Day Y6 children ,staff and parents made a lovely hamper for our Swn Y Gan family 
• At Easter time the Nursery staff & children made Easter cards and bought the staff /residents some lovely chocs!

Shwmae i`n ffrindiau yn Swn Y Gan Year 2 went on ‘tour’ today as part of our ‘Shwmae Day’ we wanted to share our love of singing - we sang ‘Canon Lan’ to our wonderful neighbours @SwnYGanNursi and they also ‘gave it a go’ and joined in! Gwych! #ShwmaeSumae21 #Penccomm
