Dear Parents/Carers,

As we conclude another remarkable school year at Penclawdd Primary, I look back with immense pride on our achievements. Leading such a joyful and successful school, which provides an excellent education for all our pupils, fills me with great satisfaction. Over the past 6 years as Headteacher of Penclawdd Primary School, I have been continually amazed by our collective accomplishments, thanks to the strong relationships among staff, governors, parents, pupils, and our wider community. I cherish my role as Headteacher and remain dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes and successes in everything we undertake.

To all our incredible staff – your brilliance shines through every day. We are truly blessed with a remarkable team dedicated to providing the best school experiences for every child. Your hard work, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond make Penclawdd Primary School a special place - our Cynefin. Thank you for being such stars each and every day.

To our wonderful parents, guardians, grandparents, family members, and friends – your unwavering support and encouragement are the foundation of our success. Thank you for partnering with us to offer your children such enriching opportunities and helping them thrive.

To our amazing Friends of Penclawdd – your tireless efforts in raising funds to create additional opportunities for our children are truly invaluable. We are deeply grateful for your unwavering dedication and hard work.

To our exceptional children – you make our school a place of joy, energy, and love. Your hard work, smiles, laughter, and kindness fill our days with brightness. I am incredibly proud of each one of you for striving for excellence. A special farewell to our Year 6 pupils as you transition to secondary school.
