🚴🏻Our Year 6 children enjoyed a week of cycling proficiency. They perfected their skills and each passed their cycling test. We were lucky enough to have a dry week too. Year 6 children enjoyed a week of cycling proficiency.

☀️We have made the most of our weather and children and staff have been busy planting 🪴and sowing🌱.   Please see our 'before photos'.  We will keep you updated on how our gardens progress. 

Our meeting room has almost been finished and we are very pleased with the results. This provides a private comfortable room for visitors and children and is located at the main entrance to the school.   
 

Let’s turn the school green for Mental Health week 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

This takes place next week , from Monday 13th -  19th May. The whole school is encouraged to wear green on Friday 17th to support this important event. Classes will be participating in a range of activities. 

👨‍🍳Bwyd Abertawe/Swansea Food👨‍🍳

This week we are delighted to be featured in their Spring 24 e-news article. Bwyd Abertawe is a network of food system stakeholders within the City and County of Swansea. We also had some lovely feedback - "it's really excellent to read about the cooking and growing happening at the school".   Article to follow next week. 

Nursery Open Day -save the date !

After the success of our last open day, we have one more planned this term. You and your child will have the opportunity to see our large and spacious Nursery provision and our wonderful outdoor areas. 

Please come along on Thursday June 27th at 1.30pm to meet our wonderful Nursery staff and also our super childcare staff who offer FREE Flying Start for 2yr olds (for Penclawdd post codes) , Nursery wraparound and after school care.
